It was a peaceful stay for the holidays. My well-kept room had pay television, a study table, and a radio. Private bathroom was fairly clean. The location was convenient very close to the outlet mall.

Location: the hotel was very close to the outlets, outlet shopping, and the construction. There was Papa Gino's nearby, offering quick meals. We liked coffee, tea and cookies for breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and proper lighting. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hot breakfast options were well-maintained, made for a pleasant start to each day.

The hotel was close to the location I was visiting. It was clean overall.
When I checked in the young lady at the desk was complaining about living in NH. It was late and I wanted to go to my room. The following morning I went to get into the shower and the water was cold. I called the desk at 7:00am, 8:00am and finally had to take a cold shower at 8:30. When I asked for my bill at the desk I told the gentleman working that the water was still cold and I was disappointed. He laughed - again very disappointing and shrugged his shoulders while saying they had just reset the boiler. It was after 9:00am in the morning really? Most people do have to be to work before then.
